Strength Yoga


Circuit Training classes work on a high intensity no rest basis, boosting your metabolism and heart rate which together result in rapid weight loss. Classes last for around 60 minutes and comprise of a warm up, a 30 station circuit using a blend of plyometric, gymnastic, power lifting and cardio training and can be adapted for all levels of fitness. Combining all of these together in a class once, twice or three times a week can significantly improve physique and fitness.
