Beginners Class


A great place to start your fitness journey is Kore’s beginners class. A class designed for new-comers or anyone who hasn’t exercised for a while. Each station is 1-minute long enabling you to go at your own pace with no pressure to move on quicker. A class lasts 60 minutes including a warm up followed by a blend of plyometric, gymnastic, power lifting and cardio training all designed for the beginners.
